I don't have raws to confirm, but based on context and ambiguity of present/future tense in Japanese, I think in the second panel on the last page she's saying that she will style her hair every once in a while (in order to make him go doki doki).
She then gets angry when he says she doesn't have to, since she phrased it with the implication that she would be doing it for him, which he doesn't realise.

Now if only Shimizu starts being more honest with herself and others instead of being a turbo tsundere, this can progress a lot faster, she's the reason the progression keeps prolonging between these 2, at least MC doesn't try to deny shit and can actually be upfront with his words/feelings

But dont forget that it maybe bad to be fully honest right now bc he is dense about these things. And she isnt a turbo Tsundere if she was we would have watching something totally different like she lies a lot to him talkin shit about him but loving him?
