Ninnir only found out because Feru, her follower, threatened to eat MC if he didn't hand over food (at the start of their relationship). Feru still has the power to kill MC easily, and Ninnir being Feru's superior makes her even more powerful. Ninnir stands to lose some tasty snacks if she anger MC, MC stands to lose his life if he angers Ninnir.

@Stormdragon Yeah, but losing sweets compared to losing your entire existence is nothing. She can kill MC, MC can't kill her. The power balance is skewed.

You give her too much credit. She isn't that all powerful. Chapter 24 of the main story has hinted out that there is a god with higher authority, the god of creation, who has scolded her already. Also MC has been blessed by Fire and Earth goddess, whom he has a higher affinity for. I doubt she can just kill him without their say. And I doubt they'll care that she was denied sweets. Heck, water goddess might even get a little angry since Sui has her blessing.

@Stormdragon You're missing the point entirely. This was before any other God/Goddess got involved. MC got the offer (weekly sweets for lifetime blessing), then Ninnir started demanding more sweets after mere days. Ch. 11-12 of the main series way before ch. 23, the first appearance of another divine being. Her follower, Feru, is way more powerful than MC. She has to be more powerful than Feru, or she would be the follower.
