Man, MC seriously cements himself as a weak, little bitch in this chapter. I'm genuinely starting to loath his character to the point of dropping this. It's unbelievable how dependent, useless, and needy he is. Can't do jack fucking shit himself besides cook like the woman he is. Any kind of fight he's in, he immediately needs a barrier around him or else he'll die in 1 hit. Even when he has plenty of time to avoid attacks that he can actually see coming, he says "the barrier's not up yet?!" as he cowers in fear like the fucking weak leech he is. And to top it off, the author decides to draw his face in the most punchable way. Everything about him puts him on my most hated MC list.

@lolmaolol This is his first time dealing with other humans. He has a freaking Legendary creature as his companion+blessing of goddess, and spent month and a half in a forest full of monsters, his perception is kinda screwed right now.

It doesnt comes up as demanding the barrier as up yet, he is worried because he was going to get cut by someone. He is someone from modern Japan, innercity, even after fighting for a while, he is not used to it specially since this time is a human and not a mindless monster.

Also the reason he had to leave the first town in the first place is cause fenrir.
