It is a shounen manga in a fairly mild shounen magazine. As such, it isn't as if Hata-sensei can go full hentai. The omake chapters in the tankoubons heavily imply intimacy. But the Japanese audience are young, teen boys.

Anyway, that aside, the fact that Nasa and Tsukasa's new apartment building has six units strongly suggests to me that we may see people we know move into some of the units. Say, a certain teacher couple for a start. But it would also be a way for Hata-sensei to introduce new characters.

I don't think Nasa has thought this out well. calculate his investments, he should have enough to either buy or put a down-payment on a house, if we assume that he's ready to start a family... or for that matter, at least go through the motions. Yeah, apartment neighbors can hear noisy bumpity bump, but it's more difficult for people in the next house to hear... unless it's summertime and everyone's windows are open... in which case, our young lovers should make sure to turn out the lights and draw the curtains. (Yes, I was staying at my sister's one time, and the neighbors wound up giving a live performance that was better than what was on TV)

Finally, the new apartment. I don't think the anime managed to show this during the High School Days four-part special that went beyond the camping trip finale of Season 2. Kind of in a weird limbo-state of not being entirely caught up with the anime, but also past some of the biggest reveals, so I'm mostly caught up with the current state of the backstory in my mind.

I've done a lot of speculating on Tsukasa, and I'm still feeling pretty confident about her not being anything more than a normal human girl that just happened to become immortal during her 16th year of life through something that connects with the Tale of the Bamboo Cutter.

Most evidence Tokiko and other sources has given us feels like it implies Tsukasa isn't really anything special besides her heavily-implied unnaturally-long life, and quick recovery from injury and illness that's been outright stated by Tsukasa herself twice now.

Chitose tries very hard to make it sound like Tsukasa is someone important, but we can't trust her since she clearly idolizes Tsukasa and is a child -her opinion is very clearly skewed. There was even an instance where Tsukasa and Chitose were alone and Tsukasa insisted she was a normal human girl, which would make no sense for someone who knows her secret other than to reinforce facts with someone that over-inflates her importance.
