What the hell is an atomizer?
While atomizers can be used for skin care (lotion, water to hydrate facial skin, etc.), it's most likely another hint that she's much older than she claims/appears and she's thinking of something like this perfume atomizer from the 1960s:Atomizer is a cosmetic brand if i am not wrong.
Just a crack theory, but what if Tsukasa's parents are Kaguya and the Emperor in the Tale of the Bamboo cutter? Except the Emperor decided to drink the elixir of life instead of dumping it on Mt. Fuji and kept trying to find ways to get to the moon/waiting for Kaguya to come back, hence Tsukasa inheriting the "foolishness to never give up"
Fair guesses, but... Based on what I saw in the anime, Kaguya-hime is another character altogether, and is not blood-related to Tsukasa. I do believe they know each other, but far as I understand, Tsukasa was just a girl that happened to receive the elixir that was meant to be destroyed. The most connection to the Emperor from the story I expect is she's a daughter of one of his subordinates that were supposed to destroy the elixir. I don't think this is meant to change too much the events of what transpired in the original story. As small of a detail fudged is as much as I think we should expect.Wait what, Tsubasa answered that she lost people not objects? So the theory of her being Kaguya is true?
