> So Kumeta Kouji was right
> 'Hayate 2: Tonikaku kawaii' coming soon xD
Hahaha! I thought about that when I saw the raws for this chapter. Sakuya, Saki, and Wataru all make cameos.
> In the original Kaguya-hime story, she gave the prince whom she treasures an elixir of immortality. He didn't drink it though, but burnt it.
Actually, it was the Emperor whom she gave that to, right? The various princes who courted her were sent on impossible missions. Though she turned down the Emperor's marriage proposal, it is clear that she cared for him as she gave him that gift before donning the cloak that caused her to forget her Earthly attachments.
> Honestly I'm surprised you guys didn't know this manga is in the same timeline as Hayate, Hata-sensei literally shows that they are living in the 1st floor of Tachibana Video Rental store from the beginning.
I suspected this to be the case as Hayate the Combat Butler pulled in characters from previous Hata-sensei works. So Klaus is a government employee working nights. Father Radiostar is implied to be living in the Tachibana building where Nasa and Tsukasa's apartment was. And as I stated earlier, we got cameos from Sakuya, Saki, and Wataru.
You know, based on Hata-sensei's works all being in the same world, I'm starting to wonder if Tonikaku Cawaii will end up being a prequel of sorts to Ad Astra Per Aspera.
