Damn, people still assuming she's Kaguya-hime. Yeah, I get it, but the rock can't be connected to her the way you all are thinking- it came from the Apollo missions and is just a fancy souvenir of her's that a friend managed to get for her. The moon is just a convenient reference, and Tsukasa is just a huge tech advancement and exploration nerd. She marvels at what society has done in the past thousand years, especially in the past century. She's just a simple country girl from over a millennia ago who has been watching human civilization expand and grow and develop all that time. Not much else she really could do, when she can't die, get sick, or grow old. The connection to Kaguya-hime is a tangential one, at best, because of the immortality elixir.

All of her impressive capabilities, outside of the immortality, is just from lots and lots of practice perfecting her crafts. She's so good at cooking, cleaning, as well as martial arts (which we haven't really been privy to outside of the fancy sword trick in Nara), through years of painstaking effort. When you have all the time in the world, you can spend your time becoming the best at just about anything, even if you're just a normal girl.
