@Sakai I'm not sure who you're talking about but if you're talking about the MCs you're quite off. Reread chapter 3, they get married on the day Nasa becomes 18, Tsukasa is 16 at the time. I'd be tempted to say enough time has passed Tsukasa is probably 17 now. Not that it makes much sense to worry about her legal age.
Almost no time has actually passed, so far. It's barely been a month. They were married on Nasa's 18th birthay, May 5th, and it's only June as of very clearly shown visuals and dialog in chapters from the last volume.

As such, it has not, in fact, been enough time for her to age... not that she actually can, since there's a lot of evidence by this volume to suggest she became immortal at the age of 16 through a certain elixir that features in the ending of the story about Kaguya-hime, the Tale of the Bamboo Cutter.

Speaking of that elixir, I'm pretty sure it makes sexual intercourse anything from excruciating to virtually impossible for Tsukasa, so people really need to stop demanding they bang.
@ShayGuy They haven't really done much to accurately track the passage of time so far in this series to be honest. I think my estimate in another chapter only a little while ago based on a bunch of the chapters all depicting the same day or at least week though... it has not been that long. They're well within the territory for couples to still be shy around each other regarding things like mixed bathing, despite the majority of us screeching at our screens to "just fuck already" because they're "married" instead of "dating" as if that changes the time spent with each other.
Admittedly, you are kind of correct, but every so often they've made very clear references to the passage of time, and all of them add up to there only having been about a month passed in the manga at this point.

To clarify, a week passed from when they married on his birthday (May 5th) to when they started their trip to Nara via Kyoto, that trip took at least two to three days so that's a total of 10 days right there, at minimum. They returned to find their apartment destroyed and shortly learned that their landlord was rebuilding and it would take a month and a half.

Fastforward to Chapter 64, and we have Aya requesting to be tutored for her exams in three weeks, and there's clearly a calendar showing June in one of the panels. A later chapter (69, when the hot springs tickets show up) points out that Aya's exams are at the end of June, so we're clearly already in June at this time.

In Chapter 68, they stopped by the construction site and noted there's another month left until the building is finished, so that means as of that chapter it's probably still early June or thereabouts. So very little time has passed between chapters 64 and 69, it seems.

All I can say for sure right now is that they are currently in June and it's likely still relatively early to midway through the month, considering how slow time passes in this manga.

I admire your time-keeping skills and dedication when it comes to that manga's universe, but you realise this thread is from summer 2019 ?

To be honest, I don't even consider thread ages when it comes to comment threads for chapters. And to be honest, this is the first time I've seen someone comment on it in these threads.

I mean, commenting on a chapter that was released a while ago is fine. But if you're addressing people and joining into conversations that happened half a decade ago… It gets a bit weird. Like, I genuinely had zero recollection of this chapter, or making that comment. And I kinda doubt the original commenter who was trying to figure how much time they had spent together by ch. 72, cares that much about it almost six years later.

Which isn't me saying you shouldn't comment or answer questions being pondered in old threads. As long as you're not using future knowledge to post spoilers that's fine. But I think it's better to phrase those sort of necro-comments so they're addressed at the general forum, future passer-bys on their way through a 300 chapter binge.
