Even if she has a weird way of explaining everything. From what I understand, I think she always saw her ex as a little brother, but because how society is expected that she needed to marry her male friend. Because she really is so casual now with how she describe his cheating, and I am assuming the ex was the same way. They never like each other that way, and just made it more complicated by dating and not communicating well. I do said her and her ex do have a toxic relationship as a couple and as childhood friends. We will see how this will go

Her situation with her ex is interesting. It's not something I've seen a lot, though I know people who've been in a similar-like setup (for better or worse), although that tends to be temporary as you look to find a new place. It's not clear if she is also looking for a new place at the moment but it is clear that she views him like a younger brother. Will have to see how she interacts with her ex, though she seems clear about their relationship status (not really a hint of indecisiveness when she talked about it having no romance anymore).

It's also interesting that she made these changes because of our protagonist. I'm not sure if she already likes her or if she's just gravitating to her for right now. Guess we'll see.

I'm rather conflicted, about her sense of distance with that ex and they're still living together by what I understood.. So yeah, there're too many redflags right now to consider her as such <_<
