If you slowly resize the browser between mobile and normal layout, there is a point for only a few pixels, where still the "normal" layout is showing, but the top bar has 2 lines. The menu "Follows" appears in the second line, and the symbols for search and drop-down also.
On my Notebook (firefox) it appears only in the above situation, but my tablet (chrome) has the exact size, where this glitch happens, so the top bar is always broken.
