In highschool I slept through most of my math classes, the worst I ever got was a classmate flipping my backpack inside out and the teacher didn't care as long as I maintained an A.

LOL, too many shows and movies, Echo. American classmates are much more likely to just laugh at you. Especially when you fall out of your chair or take your whole desk down with you.

Yeah my school allowed “off campus lunch” so sometimes I’d skip math class to get an early lunch , never got scolded for it but I guess by the time teens are in high school /senior high most teachers would rather you sleep or skip versus actively disrupting class

lol well I guess it depends mostly they don’t care but I’m sure some are bold enough to pickpocket you, I def lost one of my bags when I left it outside and stepped back in to use the bathroom but in retrospect that’s on me (usually no one cared before when i was using a cheap Walmart bag)
