Authors that do not reply to their official twitter, they are fired, usually. No need to pay for assistants from the publishing company.
The translators are still waiting for next raws last I checked. Author/Mangaka were ill then it switched to an every two month magazine. Fingers crossed it hasn't been cancelled.
