Cover art is for volume 1, which probably contains all 6 chapters released, I don't know if series is put "hiatus" status on cause translator is out, usually it's for when mangaka goes on a break.
EDIT: in comments to 6th chapter there is tweet from author, they are abscent due to health reasons.

The romance doesn't feel good to read. It seems like, for now, that she is just toying with him while viewing him as a substitute for other guy. The age gap contributes to this too, like, she is 16y older and does this to him. I feel sorry for mc, hope he moves on and end up with the uni girl. Wanna know how the author will revert this shit

Author stopped posting anything on Twitter since February 20th. MAL says it's still publishing but there hasn't been any new chapters posted so I guess it's not that no one has picked up the series. Not looking good folks
