Good things:
There's good art (especially little details in the background stand out to me), MC bangs his harem. Maybe intra-harem interactions.
Meh:
Whole tower management. It's in the weird place, where it's detailed and focused on enough to give the impression that it's an important part of the story, but IMO not focused on enough for a proper dungeon management, and kinda slapped together without a thought or reason. Sure, you have numbers, but they are meaningless. If you want to include number crunching, do that for a reason, otherwise don't do it at all.
This is kinda like a strategy game without any real strategy elements.
Bad:
Any interactions with outside world/anyone outside of his harem. There's no real progression, conflicts, enemies, rivals, antagonists, power scaling, challenges to overcome, problems, hurdles, struggle, conflicts of interest, people with different interests, actual politics, economy - you name it. MC is OP from the 1st day, his 2 angels are OP from 1st day. He does whatever he wants, gets perfect results in few pages max, other things are simply given to him on a silver platter.
If they simply focused on the tower and it's management with occasional sex, this would be way more interesting.
