Wow, this one was jam packed, Mero just went wild. I especially appreciate Yuuma and Chiyari just out of frame on the last page. Also! Marisa's finally getting somewhere! Or, at least she now has the ability to start getting somewhere, it might take her a bit longer before she actually does anything, but it's a milestone!

I think given how Reimu's story ended the last time we saw her in chapter 11, she has become aware of some of the romantic undertones of their friendship such as feeding each other food and becoming flustered over that. She still seems caught up in her own thoughts at the start of this chapter too.
I take that final scene from Reimu and Marisa as Reimu not doing an outright obvious confession, but still confessing in her own way that her idea of happiness would be to have these relaxing and intimate moments with Marisa. She looks as if her feelings got shot down too when Marisa leaves, so I think Reimu also desires that romance.
