I respectfully disagree.
Touko doesn't seem to be only into adolescents/teenagers, judging by other chapters and things left behind by her former lovers, she actually seems to be quite indifferent to age, and Akari seems to be about 15 to 18, that would be a one case scenario, which is not ephebofilia.
Remember that Akari is young, but, while not an adult, no longer a child, she has feelings, desires, emotions, like any human, and also remember that women tend to mature faster than men, I wouldn't call it grooming, mostly because Touko doesn't seem to be the manipulative type, and that would ruin the whole story.

I'm a bit on the fence whether I should instadrop this or not. On one hand the protagonist is clearly quite bourgeois for even caring whether Touko's last “lover” were female or not, but on the other hand he does realize that love has nothing to do with gender.
