But I mean...would that affect how weirdly plain her design in her dragon form is?

Like, it has details...but they don't make up anything interesting, so she just seem like a dragon with protruding bits to try and give it some flare, which instead just brings (at least my) attention to how non-interesting it is.

Dragons in this kind of stories always turn in either big-breasted mommies or lolis, there's no in-between. That's for the strongest/ main dragon, the secondary ones can be also males.

Same for Demon Lords, save that 15% of the cases where they are a giant macho monster, or a muscular old man.
