I read the manga in about 2017-2018 on Manga Rock (which is now dead RIP), at the time it was not yet finished
It took place in a highschool setting, the main girl had two love interests, one was more of the typical romance manga LI and the other was a more gangster/delinquent type guy who I think had his hair in a pompadour or something similiar? Or it could also just be spiky hair haha I can't recall what it was exactly, and I think he had eyes/face style similiar to Nozaki from Nozaki-kun
But he wasn't really a delinquent he just looked kinda scary and like a delinquent so most people avoided him but the three of them all ended up becoming friends
And I believe she ended up confessing that she had a crush on the delinquent character and then I think that's where the manga site had caught up to
