It's about a group of high school students who are bullied by other students from a school across the street. They decide to get revenge by hiding explosives in the other school and detonating them while school is in session to scare the bullies. It turns out one of the explosives was attached to a gas tank and ends up causing a huge explosion, killing multiple students. One of the bullies ends up in a wheelchair and commits suicide. Eventually at the end, all of the culprits decide to turn themselves in.
