People generally don't put up with life as the opposite gender for over a decade just for the sake of a fetish; especially considering that she applied herself to sports, beauty, and Lord knows what else (I'm sure we'll find out before long) to become the perfect woman and Yuu-kun's girlfriend-to-be(-stolen).

I find it kinda confusing to call em trans then, once someone who's transexual has completely been structurally rearranged into the opposite sex(wether it be through reincarnation or dna changes), then they arent really transitioning anymore, they're just their preferred sex at that point
