The MVP of this chapter was truly the team behind this manga's translation, dude Sensei went redditor mode for a second and pulled a wall of text (I also read everything out of respect for the translation team).

Also gotta respect Sensei because he was considerate enough with main girl's feelings to agree with her on the matter of the daughter being glad her father was alive and with her, even if he probably thinks Yamano-san wanted to die in the battlefield instead.
