@KatouEgao, the position Tsubame was in forces the defender into an awkward position. So when Tsubame went out from under the net and the defender tried to stop her shot the defender hit Tsubame's arm due to the poor position. Tsubame gets the 2 points from the basket and when a foul is called during a shot like that Tsubame's team will get a shot at a free throw. So there's a chance for an extra point.

It's what's called drawing a foul
