So Fumi/Tsubasa-chan/Girl Nobody Knows back then was recreating the serial killings in the map as a love letter to Sousuke, and when she revealed she perpetrated all that for him he blocked his memories out of guilt/trauma, and now she's doing it all again after the notTinder match? All the while sending Mitsuha and Murai on a wild goose chase?

I can actually see something like this being how the story was meant to play out. Aside from the memories being blocked due to guilt. Seeing the accident the guy was in, full amnesia would not be surprising, regardless of any emotional trauma.

Kinda meaningless. Cuz the one who thought up sosuke's bullies killing way was sosuke himself. And tubasan didn't only kill her preys but sometimes just crippled like the dude he pushed at the stairs(cuz sosuke said so).
