Thanks, what a start lol (magical girl wand is cute, but 50/50 it's gonna be a sex toy if not just a cosplay prop even if she doesn't 'use' it lol [but i guess that's one way to sorta semi-hide something in public if you have cosplay as a hobby as long as you don't have a friend's kid vising with them and finding it XD])
Why? Communication and divorce are always options. I hate couples who are quick to resort to cheating
Too many ppl like the 'thrill' i guess, although than saving face/public reputation or disappointing the families, it'd be sucky if it was a trapped arrange marriage (tho you'd think there'd be less ppl risking it in JP, idk about the west but i feel like i've seen stories where it's like "I'll sue you for compensation" towards the 'homewrecker' so i imagine that's loosely based on a real JP law as opposed to negotiating for more alimony in a divorce)
(that said, i wonder if there are ppl who can get their friend to agree to marry them and divorced right away, so they aren't bothered with the 'why aren't you married yet' (b/c i feel like i remember a manga or jdrama scene where it's like "I thought introducing myself as being once divorced was better than "Not married yet" in my 30s") tho i can imagine some equally annoying ppl being like "well don't give up/you just didn't choose the right person" if not thinking someone's wrong with you. but it would be hilarious to try to go for a 'record' or so of multiple ex-spouses XD)
The author of this manga is a theater troupe director, and her theatrical style is very apparent throughout. It uses a common theater technique of jumping straight into the main action to hook the audience.
Like the sex scene in this chapter, and it becomes even clearer further ahead; it tries to be very theater-like. Still, this didn’t hook manga readers, as the series was a failure from volume 1.(Also, the story at core is frankly, ass) I personally believe it only lasted as long as it did because of the author’s influence. (She’s not hugely popular but has a decent career as a film director too.)
Seems interesting, wonder if they have a YT channel/vids of their performed stage plays and such lol
24 hour service dang, i mean i won't hold it against the owner for the 'hustle' but i'd assume there'd be ppl rotating around as opposed to expecting one specific guy on call unless it's one of those businesses where strays/drifters are allowed to live in their base or so and just travel to the clients (I'd imagine there'd be ppl more so ordering at/after midnight versus like being free enough to do so at like 2 PM tho depends on the person/lifestyle)
Is it just me or there was no real evidence of the husband's cheating? And bitch even if you're "caged"(and you're not) it's a big gold cage...
Based on what that female coworker said, she def acted that way on purpose to provoke/be passive aggressive(?) to the wife, although while it is shitty/sociopathic, i can imagine even if there are coworkers that wouldn't seduce someone, would still imply/say something like that just to try to ruin marriages or something lol, unless she was unhappy for a while and wanted some 'excuse' to cheat or so , but yeah feels like even if ppl dedicate themselves to being a 'housewife/stay at home mom' probably best to find some hobbies/things to do outside of your family life or so, to where you wouldn't rly think of cheating
lmao that youtuber kid. i guess it is a more viable 'job' these days but feels like unless you go viral or actually do proper research i can imagine it'd being just a side hobby to ppl (Unless Japanese viewers are more generous with superchats and such lol, wonder how each country handles the 'taxing' aspect of it if it's like "I do vids for a living and get donations from strangers")
(oh that last scene, marital disputes/arguments aside i wonder if it's foreshadowing to some random neighbor stabbing/assaulting either of them)
