@PotatoZero they literally do, all of this is happening in the span of a few minutes hence the "at the same time above ground" as soon as they locate Kazuya they go after him.

she had no idea she could debuff, only that she could buff. And even then, her buffing ability has a hard cap, so she thought her utility was extremely limited, especially compared to the other extremely versatile tool tsugumomo

@chucke1992 Because buffs dont stack. People seem to try to go for team ups where they can easily solo like a weapon or something as a result she's yet to find a parter who'd stay Because they probably only saw base buffs and dropped her for something more immediately usable. Shes not easy to use unless you can already fight.
