I don't know what's the need to say "copium kids" like it's some sort of insult when your in the wrong. And It's common knowledge that the full is on the author pixiv, the uncensored version pulled from the pixiv is even linked in the related tabs of this manga, I think anyone 100+ chapters into this manga realizes this and doesnt need it constantly replied to them.
And it is very obviously still canonically not sex. As the author showed with the ouana/mada chapter before this he can omit the "thigh sex" and still have it officially published, the pixiv version are just the alternatives to what the scenes could be. we wouldn't have red hair fmc talking about her "first" with her spirit a few chapters back if she was actually having sex constantly with the mc a few chapters back would we.
So no the fans aren't on copium, whether it actually happens or not in the pixiv is unrelated to the main story, unless "thigh sex" is not stated like with only haniya and the shrine goddess so far (not even ouhi either).
