Couple of things I noticed:
The couple who are stirring the curse in pg 26 look alot like Kazuya and Kiriha. Foreshadowing? Since it's a huge possibility the pillar will be manifested.
The design of the real Ayahime is very similar to Kiriha. Might be a plot down the road linking them together, fabrics and sash
