Eh I don’t even think the original MC needs to be toxic? Lloyd already has a story to follow now by tracing the steps and saving the people the original MC would’ve.

Would be weird if he became toxic since he wasn’t in the other original route I assume, just being treated nicely instead of being kicked out near the end shouldn’t change his personality that much.

Just my take idk.
he was an abused dude and now instead of a humble heroine hes being praised constantly by the same dudes who treated him like trash

NGL, I would have just left the region. Why bother putting up with the grudges of the person I no longer am. Just start over on the other side of the kingdom, or another nation altogether.

I might save a few of the support characters while earning the cash to leave. But I really see no benefits to sticking around in most cases.

Story knowledge? Next to worthless in less then a month. Sure you could make an educated guesses about external national level events. But the local time line will quickly change without the orignal narrative influence to keep it in check.

The world storyline back on moving forward ...but with different char

Not the first one totally ...

Last time got other series that same style ..MC take over villain char and change course of the story ...

But on that one he didn't take original MC love interest..but best NPC char that original MC can't get romance route with that girl

And of course ...the famous bakarina also ( I not going explain if you don't know her )
It's funny how so many manga always find a way to reference our dear bakarina

In my opinion, the MC should get out of that region right away; even though he’s a good guy and wants a fresh start, the wounds inflicted by the original villain largely cannot be healed.

I can already see where this is going.

Original MC gets gassed up by his own party and turns into the same kind of toxic asshole that Lloyd was.

Lloyd spends the back half of the story unraveling his unintended fuckup.
I think it’s going to be the opposite; he’ll end up working for the others in the group. You can already tell he’s the emotionally dependent type. His expulsion was meant to help him grow and become independent; without it, he’d still think like a child craving affection—albeit one with titanic powers—and the other members have clearly realized this. They’re going to exploit that to the fullest, making the MC step up and save the original hero.

Could you just leave knowing that your action (not exiling him because you wanted to avoid bad end for yourself) possibly killed people that anime MC was supposed to save after being exiled? Or would you first try to do what he was supposed to do and then leave if you are still treated like shit after some time passed?

Good argument
