Because the jokes are... irregular in quality. They all are dirty, but while some are top-notch (that first WTF reveal of chapter 1!) others are... not to that level. And while most genres can get away with irregular joke quality (people laughs at the good jkes and ignores the bad ones), dirty humor doesn't work that way. Because many people finds not-THAT-funny dirty jokes to be crude or juvenile. (TL;DR: Many (likely you included) are not finding it crude and juvenile, but some people IS).
Just an analysis of why the hate, I'm witholding my opinion on whether I find that humor crude or not
