It's been a while since I read it but I'm pretty sure the reason they don't like evasion healers is because it's hard to get points to level up skills so normally healers should put all their points into healing, but since the mc already had good healing / plenty of points he put some points into evasion as well, which the king thought was a waste and weakened how good his healing could be.

To expand on what the other comment said with a bit more specifics, the three otherworlders got 50 skill points upon being summoned in a world where 20-30 is average and 50 is "so strong no one can object to you proclaiming yourself a master".

MC's healing ability is maxed at 100 even before taking his skill points into account, so he dumped everything into evasion and said he'd done that without saying his recovery was already at 100, so everyone thought he was a fucking moron, to the point the king tossed him in jail for it.

So it's less that they hated the idea of an evasion healer and more they didn't have full context and thought MC had wasted all of his potential on random bullshit.

In the Evasion Healer's case, the MC started off with the equivalent healing power of a Hero class healer, so he can freely dump his points into evasion without a problem. The normal people start at single digit stats, and would need to fully dedicate all their level up points to reach his level of evasion, they would be useless at anything else. The FMC in that is the only other min maxer we see and she'd be absolutely hopeless, with her high atk low acc build, if it weren't for a full evasion tank like the MC.
