That's just RNG. The important thing is for Luce to keep trying while it is possible to land an attack. They shouldn't be making plans hinging on her hitting a 6 reliably often, that's way too risky. Unless they're somehow able to increase the "success rate" then it's better to plan around the possibility of landing non-critical hits.

She had a 500% luck boost before the skill evolved, not sure what it is now.

I mean, considering there's a 1/6 chance of rolling a 6 for about anyone, and she has a 500% boost to her luck. Shouldn't she roll 100% crits ? (you know, 500% bonus is 1/6 times 6... so 1.) Just saying.
