Well based on how World 100 was (in chapter 1), i doubt that would end up being the case.
The only reason why Tia was more attached to MC because of some special situation, which allowed her feelings from MC's first run & return to carry over to MC's second run of 1st world.
I think it's possible that MC might get a few more girls, probably from the initial few worlds when he wasn't yet used to the situation of his first run of 100 worlds. I would say that the chance of possible waifus should probably decrease atleast around the 20th world onwards as the chance of those world having a bad end and needing another proper run is less likely to happen (MC should have gotten used to his tasks by then, aka., minimum interaction, maximum efficiency)
