At some point he has to kick Ed from the party again so he can move on to the other worlds, but this time he will probably get kicked out in an amicable way.
This is such a great addition that never happened in the WN. Although it somewhat extended the first world arc, but if the presentation is good then I dont mind
so far this is the only manga where Hero as a side character, their personality are very very likeable. usualy in other manga like Arifureta, Shield Hero, etc the Hero are so dump and unlikeable but not in this manga
among all of the heroes in this WN series, he's the true hero for me and yes, Alexis bromance towards Edd is so high to the point :
1. Alexis feels it's better for them to die together rather than kicking Edd, but Alexis still kicked Edd because Edd wished for it.
2. He mad asf when Maou having the same face as Edd, he take it as total heresy cause he think Maou can mock someone's sacrifice
This manga is fire, if it turns out to only be an ad for the LN or ends nowhere near the conclusion of the LN then I honestly lose all hope in Isekai adaptations.
In time, Alexis feels refreshing as a co-main. He's not perfect, but he's not a moron as well. Dude's pretty much a nice guy trying to do what feels right to him. Even in Ed's first run-through he was pretty decent, and felt doubt on the way they parted. The whole party is good, indeed. Really enjoyable characters!

It's been a hot minute since I read the beginning of the series, but does Ed actually need to be kicked out this time 'round?
This is his NG+, essentially, and it's meant for him to correct what went wrong after he got kicked, so it stands to reason that he should be able to "complete" each world, as it were, before moving onto the next one.
He still need to be kicked, but, the condition of kicking rule's gonna loose after a while.
For example :
1. In 86th isekai, the Hero Saint kicked him after they defeated the Maou together
2. In 22th isekai, the Hero dies after killing the Maou, thus Edd got self-kicked knowing the hero party has been forcibly disbanded
2.
Yes, Tia will come but not right away
After Edd got kicked and returning to the White World, he read the history book of Alexis worlds after he leave them. After reading the book, Tia using somekind of elf magic to search him
IM SO GLAD WITH THIS NEW ALEXIS PERSPECTIVE BECAUSE I DON'T REMEMBER THIS HAPPENED IN WN!!!
THANK YOU FOR THE TRANSLATION!!!
he wont, at least that's what happened on WN

I'm sad to inform you that even the LN has no new announcements regarding new volume, so I guess it's discontinued/axed
If you are WN reader, you will most likely think that Alexis is the most favourable hero compared to the other heroes in other worlds
Nope, this time, Edd gonna ask Alexis to kick him during the fight as a sacrifice for opening the path towards Maou
He still need to be kicked, but, the condition of kicking rule's gonna loose after a while.

I mean, there's no way the True Maou would be able to lift God's Sword right?
Love this development with Alexis and Ed. Not just building the relationship with Tia, but also with the rest of the party members. Story telling at its finest
