At the end, when the Assassin girl is remembering the orders her mother gave her, in the small panel with the brother you can see a maruchan, a cardboard box, a can of something and a pair of crocs, it could have been that she is a reincarnated person who already was an assassin in the mordern world but the next panel has her hearing her mother say "go kill rain and lily, like cornelius requested" following the previous dialogue, so it's the same conversation.

Dragon had an UZI, meat that Lily prepared for the soup was shrink wrapped, on styrofoam plate, complete with store stickers, when MC was giving his therapy session to Assasin girl there was a plastic bottle next to her, Lily's old party member had a rather modern looking watch.
No point in trying to find a deeper meaning in that, author just doesn't care.
