Bruh these guild guys are so stupid, why not give him a "retirement" in a polite way and give him a retirement bonus of like 14 days worth of salary. Explain to him that you don't have to money to keep hiring him or just say it bluntly you don't need him anymore so they'll part ways with him. It's nicer and still cheaper than keep hiring him and he will leave with a positive impression and a happy attitude (maybe).
