Hard to call it being "skipped", this chapter came later and it's not in the WN either(like many other things in the manga). Should be Manga/LN original.

Honestly I don't know, I've only heard about it. But I did some research, it's by Hanashi Media, 3 Volumes(out of 18) released this far. There is a digital release, but I don't know about the physical one.
