I only know details from the webnovel, but there has been a handful but relatively minor points of difference for now.

Not exactly, later in the web novel sif pretty much says that if makoto proposed to sif and yuno, yuno would dump her boyfriend without a second thought, don't count on that happening, but i thought that should be pointed out, it's in wn chapter 439, that's also if they don't change the light novel.
If i remember right, the women who want makoto are tomoe, mio (forgone conclusion they end up with him), the librarian and her sister, and the rembrandt sisters.

That's the thing, I already know how the novel goes.

Given the novel hasn't finished yet so there's still some chance, but at the direction it went I have some doubts.
Makoto is too bloody awful, idealistic to put it politely, with regards to how he perceives a romantic relationship can't start from platonic dating then develop from there.
Adding bug world's marriage system, his outlook towards romance partners got badly warped.

the Pacing is really good. i really enjoyed reading about the classes in the web novel.
for anyone curious, there will be lots of actions pretty soon, and it gets super crazy.

I think it still much more time to go cz (I forgot the exact story) this arc only reach ½ way more or less, but from the WN ToC not long after the next arc start they will meet again...
