I legit squealed when this came up in my feed. I honestly don't know if I was looking forward to this or Yuama's new work more, but the fact that both are happening now is like Christmas.
I sorely wish the release schedule were a touch faster, but this just means I'll spend this time staring at each panel and soaking in the details until the next one drops, I guess.

I doubt everyone within the palace at any given time can be so trusted, and there’d be eyes and ears everywhere. Some mysterious girl suddenly shows up, spends every night in the ”Prince’s” room, while being spoiled by “his” personal staff by day, that’s a huge scandal if it gets out.

oh yeah no I was just making light of the fact that very few people know who the Prince really even is.

I actually misremembered and thought the "fiancee" line was floated in the first chapter, but clearly it works better as a cliffhanger reveal at the end of a chapter like this. I just figured "that's how they'll explain this!" from the word go and didn't actually go back and verify the characters went through with it or not.
