God, I feel that Marika's mother is still clinging on to every bit of humanity she has.. despite betrayal after betrayal weighing over her already beaten-down psyche.

It puts Marika/Takae in a difficult place, then. It's odd how Marika's mind is "older" than her mother but it hurts how no concrete evidence exists to prove that fact.

I hope things smoothen out naturally. How will things go from here..
