This one have a grown woman mind and memories in the body of a 10 years old girl. It would be worse for her in the current state to engage with another kid. I think this mind/body divide will probably be solved later but as it is now it could be compared to an adult woman who due to some condition have a body and face that looks like a 10 years old. Well, just to say i agree with @slyss

If they both love each other and both are ok with it, then it's good given the situation.

Life progresses bit by bit with each burst of courage from everyone. For the past tens of chapters I've been shipping Keisuke and Takae with little regard for the implications of her also being Marika-chan.
