This one have a grown woman mind and memories in the body of a 10 years old girl. It would be worse for her in the current state to engage with another kid. I think this mind/body divide will probably be solved later but as it is now it could be compared to an adult woman who due to some condition have a body and face that looks like a 10 years old. Well, just to say i agree with @slyss

If they both love each other and both are ok with it, then it's good given the situation.
In this case, it's stupid to talk about pédophilia (the husband will not touch her before 18y old, pedophile dont wait at all) or even abiut grooming (they were husband and wife before, and both can think for themselves).
