most likely just like first case until final confrontation reveal so it could be anyone, there's zero hint or clue reader can formulate their ultimate conclusion.

Alright I'm putting my money on Meg-san, mainly just cause she's the closest to her right now and Spica seems to like to get close to her targets, and the "I think they're all good people" line she said to her in the previous chapter, following listing the other workers in a way that presents them as potential suspects, notably that line excludes Meg-san.
