And it's been the same guard in the background. She's probably a protege and Rukia has been "murdering" men by proxy. Maybe it's not wealth they were after, just vengeance over men.

That teacher she married at 19 definitely sus. Maybe he triggered this chain, and the warden probably went through something similar.

Given that the arc opens with Spica talking about how she based on her hairstyle on someone she idolized, my guess is the guard also idol worships Rukia and wants to be like her. Rukia just thinks it's funny to seduce guys in front of her, knowing that she'll go out and kill them if they ever look like they have a serious chance of taking her away.

Assuming the warden (is she even the warden? I thought the warden was male) isn't involved, her deal is that it's none of her business. Guards are there to keep the prisoners inside the prison. The contents of their conversation is none of the guard's business. Though I would assume that if they discuss anything illegal, then the guard would report it. Idk if grooming is illegal in Japan, though, and I'm not even sure if that would technically count as grooming. It probably does, but I can't actually define what counts as grooming.

Finally someone said something. That's NOT the warden. She's a female corrections officer (which makes sense in a women's prison). The prison warden wouldn't be observing a prisoner visitation.

It would be a little suspicious if the same officer always observed the same prisoner. Favoritism could occur for many reasons.
