rather than that, are they(current administration) seriously tried to make tsuyoshi, the guy who very clearly is a powerful person, an enemy?

isn't the PM is the karate guy's dad?
If I, as a powerful figure, cannot defeat someone I deem dangerous by brute force nor bring him to my side, I would defeat him socially.

What if she breaks up with him because of it ?
If I'm a normal girl who want a normal and simple family life, I'd consider that too..
at least she didn't seem to know how not-so-normal her brother already is despite knowing this underground ring.

Japan has a Social Credit system like China? This is madness. Are they forced by Tsuyoshi's father and U.S.A. to implemented it?
It’s a government act to try cripple the Yakuza, as just a few decades ago they were very public and openly boasted their parallel state status, so Japan tightened their ability to open firms, bank accounts and business.

Yakuza today went back to operating mostly in the shadows, like organized crime usually is in other countries, with the public Yakuza persona having less means to entice aspiring thugs to become members, that’s why disfranchised and independent criminal organizations are on the rise in Japan, no much benefits in becoming a public target for hard government sanctions by being a real yakuza.

It’s not a social credit thing. Being labeled as a ASF is akin to being named a criminal organization in the United States. ASF is used to designate yakuza families

and what would stop him from snapping and going to the japanese equivalent of white house, and wreak havoc there?

Damn... I see why Teru is doing all this now. He's literally just trying to create as much protection and stability for him, Tsuyoshi and the people he's picked up along the way via what he can get in Okinawa. More respect to him, tbh, if true.
I don't get why Saki's that shocked about Tsuyoshi and his friends being labelled 'anti-social forces' though - her brother is doing a lot of questionable things, too, but I suppose it's more that she can't have a 'normal life' when Tsuyoshi can't do those things she mentioned he's blacklisted from?
