I understand why some people don’t enjoy the direction this story is taking, but I’m surprised by how much I’ve been enjoying it. Mangas with overpowered MCs often fall into the trap where the side characters end up being more interesting than the main character because nothing can beat MCs physically. But they forget that even a physically overpowered MC can still be vulnerable emotionally.

100%, I was actually expecting more of their relationship to improve here. But I'm still thinking the end of this manga has gotta be Hoshizaki vs. Tsuyoshi at the very least.
