The mangaka has probably forgotten how much the terms "alpha, beta and omega" have brainrotted over the years especially in the west. ignorance is bliss as they say. japanese people of today would probably not do a double take whenever they hear these terms but the west side of the world definitely hate these terms as they're associated with defamatory and derogatory context.
