If they wanted to do it in a way that wouldn't destroy the environment then a nice virus could do it. It would have to be communicable while incubating and then suddenly fatal so the tipping point would be reached before an mRNA vaccine could be produced.

Coming up with some plan to let humans destroy themselves seems a bit too contrived, plus she did say most "efficient" way of exterminating humans. These aliens clearly have technology that would allow them to wipe out humans much faster than relying on them to start wars and such...and that would leave a lot of leftovers beside.

I think it's as simple as making sure humans aren't able to band together for a common cause, e.g. like fighting an alien invasion.

Combine the two factoids she learned here: without an enemy or against an enemy, there will be peace. And: humans will utterly destroy themselves/one another for pretty irrational reasons with a bit of motivation/"reason".
