The stupid revive machine either gonna turn the gyaru into :
1/ Pure girl , ends up happy with the friend.
2/ Memory wiped , return with infant mental age and friend get stuck taking care of her.
3/ Remains of a fly got mixed in , revive as a bug/human hybrid and start eating whoever she was banging alive and finally mc has to save the friend after the gyaru already ate like 5 people.
The way this manga is going probably something close to 3.

1. Desperation, the hot gyaru showed interest in him and he has been going between denial and guilt after she disappeared.
2. Fuck if I know on the button, poor design? Completely different expectations of what is normal? Not usually filled with human viscera that you are trying to hide?
3. I think the guy along with all the emotions of guilt and denial on the gyaru has some doubts about MC caring, the guy might think he is crazy or hell the guy is actually crazy and her disappearing is his psyche collapsing in on itself?
