If she chooses to have Ueno in her life (as a friend or more) then she must give a Real Honest Heartfelt Apology in order for Tsubomi and Ueno to move forward. Of course Ueno has every right to reject her apology or choose to accept but not forgive and that is valid to. But without a True Apology their relationship/friendship is stagnant.

I agree that she has to apologize, a true apology but i feel like there's no need to distance and even less from these two, tsubomi is more of a direct person, she works better by actually being with the person she enjoys being with and ueno is someone rather weak, he needs someone that he can be true because right now he is starting to regain the confidence he lost all those years ago, and with the other two that's almost impossible since they straight up don't care about him, and moka doesn't know his real self and I'm rather afraid of her past.
