Well, this is it? The devise breakthrough? If Ueno have all his mental blocks removed to have proper sex with Moka, then I say give it a shot and give it all you got, you two.

I'll say it's cute to see Moka and Ueno had a previous encounter prior to them becoming university students. If they both see fireworks later on together, I wonder if they'll remember their fated encounter...

Well this upcoming chapter will tell us if the manga will just end like this, with a whimper.
I think Ueno and Moka still have some development to do, even if the sex doesn't suceed this time, that doesn't suddenly mean that a breakup will happen or one of the trio will win.

Ultimately, the trio situation is now resolved, the only feasible way for Ueno to go back to them is if Moka regresses and falls for Riku and at this stage that's certainly not happening.

One could argue that Ueno could go back to the trio after a mutual breakup between himself and Moka but I don't think so, at this stage, if Ueno and Moka breakup, all that's left is a "moving forward" ending.

So it's the moment of truth. Is it pure and romantic, or does he become a cuck who can't get it up with his girlfriend.

I don't like the new revelation that they encountered each other before, but that's just because I don't like those types of situations.
🤭

What I'm a bit confused by is what the author is going for with the flashback. Moka remembers meeting him but he doesn't?
And the fireworks were meant to symbolize something right? That they're not quite there? That they're going to fizzle out? Hmm.
The framing of the next chapter's scene as "getting to know" each other could also be seen as somewhat interesting.
:coffee:

Can't wait to see the translation for this week's. Hurry up already! 😣

I've thought this for a little while but it really does seem like this series could go on longer than this year's deadline so it's a little sad that it won't.

Moka doesn't remember the Ueno from two years ago.
